These are perfect, bite-size mushroom appetizers that are always a hit at parties and family gatherings alike. Even the little ones love them - just dont notify them theyre made similar to mushrooms! The recipe comes from a French-Canadian grandmother whose kitchen creations are magnifique.

The ingredient of Mushroom Bouchees

  1. cooking spray
  2. 3 green onions
  3. 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  6. u00bd cup half-and-half
  7. salt and pitch black pepper to taste
  8. 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  9. 10 slices sandwich bread

The instruction how to make Mushroom Bouchees

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet in the same way as cooking spray.
  2. Chop green onions and mushrooms very finely, to a approximately paste-like consistency.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan more than medium heat; toss around in green onions and mushrooms and cook and toss around until fragrant, nearly 2 minutes.
